At this time, we do not ship outside of the U.S.A
Do you ship to all 50 states in the US?
We only ship to the lower 48 states in the United States. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
How do you ship?
We use USPS.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Usually your order will be shipped in 5 to 9 business days after placing your order. Depending on your location your delivery times may vary from 2 to 5 days.
My package says it’s delivered but I have not received it yet?
Please verify with neighbors or family members and also check with your local post office or the delivery service before you contact us.
Do you ship to P.O Box addresses?
No, unfortunately not.
PRODUCTS
How do I hang my sign?
Our metal signs are not pre-drilled with hanging holes. We suggest using regular screws, nails, wall magnets, or magnetic screws to mount your new metal sign in the desired location. If you prefer to have pre-drilled holes for mounting, please indicate this in the Order Notes section during checkout.
Are all metal signs magnetic?
Yes they are, unless otherwise noted.
Will my product ever rust?
We powder coat your product, it will not rust. There will be normal wear and tear due to long exposure to the elements.
Usually all our metal signs will last for generations! The life span will depend on the environment it is in and the way it is handled. We advise for longest-lasting durability for your metal sign to hang in a low weather impacted area and away from any salt/chlorine such as a pool area.
Our signs should last quite some time with little to no intervention involving special care. If rust arises quickly there may have been an error in production, and we would be happy to remake a defective item within 30 days of purchase.
Why do some address signs only accept three digits, while others can have up to six?
The number of digits that can be accommodated on each sign is determined by the design of the sign. Some designs may only have enough space to display up to three numbers, while others can accommodate up to six. We want to ensure that your sign looks both visually appealing and is practical for everyday use. In some cases, adding more numbers to the sign can make the numbers too small to be visible from a distance, or the design may not allow for the numbers to be arranged in a way that is easily readable. Rest assured that we have taken into consideration both the design and functionality of each sign when determining the maximum number of digits it can accommodate.
How are the sign sizes measured?
The dimensions we offer for our metal address signs are the standard sizes of 12, 14, 18, 24, 30, and 36 inches. However, please note that the actual size of the sign may vary depending on the design. For example, if the sign is oriented in a vertical or horizontal manner, the size of the largest side will be within the range of 12 to 36 inches as per the order.

ORDERS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card?
We use third-party payment processing services to process all credit/debit card payment transactions. These payment intermediaries are PCI-compliant, which is the most stringent level of certification standard that ensures all cardholders’ data is stored, processed, and transmitted securely by using the industry-standard encryption technology.
Do you take phone orders?
Because of identity theft and to protect your security, we do not accept phone orders. All of our payments run through a secure payment system to ensure that your data is protected. We do not receive a copy of any of your credit card data.
Can I change/ cancel my order?
If you have made an error please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been sent to production, you may cancel or change it. Please note that it could take less than 3 hours to send an order to production.
How do I track my order?
After your package has left our warehouse and begun the delivery process, we will send you a email with a final confirmation and tracking number. You can also login to your shop account or use the tracking form to track your order.
I didn’t received my order!
Please contact us, quoting your order number from the confirmation email message. We’ll help track down your order.
My order has been Returned to Origin (RTO). What does that mean?
Shipments are reflected as RTO (returned to origin) under the following circumstances:
- Delivery was attempted more than once but it could not be delivered due to either wrong address or no one being present at the given address.
- The address could not be found because either it was incomplete or the pin code was wrong.
- You or someone at your delivery address refused to accept the order.
Do you send proof of design for personalized items?
Absolutely, we’ve got you covered! Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll get to work creating a design proof of your sign. We’ll then send it to your email for your approval. To keep things moving smoothly, please make sure to respond within 24 hours if you approve the design. If we don’t hear back within that time frame, we’ll assume you’re happy with it and proceed with your order. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. The exact discount amount will depend on the size of the order. Please contact us directly with the details of your bulk order, and we will be happy to provide you with a personalized quote.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. Check spelling, size and color options before ordering. Check your confirmation email after ordering to verify your order. If the order was placed with the incorrect information, it will not be replaced/refunded.
If your package has been damaged in transit, please email us with your order number, photos of the piece, photos of the packaging, and a photo of the packing slip.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect, what do i do?
Please contact our support team for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item.
We’ll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.
What does the 5 year warranty cover?
We stand behind the quality of our metal address signs and are proud to offer a 5-year warranty against fading and water damage. Our signs are crafted with the highest quality materials and undergo rigorous testing to ensure they can withstand the elements for years to come.
In the unlikely event that your sign fades or is damaged by water within the first 5 years of purchase, we will replace it at no cost to you. Simply contact our customer service team with your order information and we will take care of the rest.
