We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. Check spelling, size and color options before ordering. Check your confirmation email after ordering to verify your order. If the order was placed with the incorrect information, it will not be replaced/refunded.

If your package has been damaged in transit, please email us with your order number, photos of the piece, photos of the packaging, and a photo of the packing slip.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (personalized), replacements or refunds are provided only if the product is defective or materially different from the description we provided. Please make sure that you double check spelling, size and color options before ordering. Don’t forget to check your confirmation email after ordering to verify your order.

You must submit a refund claim within 3 days of the delivery date. Refund will be processed only for the unit price that applies for refund.If there’s an issue with your product, please contact us. You’ll need your order number and the email address you used to place the order. We will use this information to look into a replacement or refund and prevent future errors. If your order qualifies for a replacement or refund, we will determine which of these is more appropriate on a case-by-case basis.

Direct returns are not accepted without contacting us first. If you send us your order, it will no longer be eligible for a replacement or refund. The item(s) will be forfeited, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Make It Right Policy
Although we do not offer refunds for personalized items, we want to make sure you love your order, and if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to make things right. Our “Make it Right” policy means that if you are not 100% satisfied with our products, just contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we’ll provide a solution.
