  • Please reply back within 24 hours if you approve the design. If we don’t hear back within 24 hours after the email is sent, we’ll assume you like it and proceed with the order. Once the order has been sent to production, we cannot make any other changes.

  • Production and Shipping: 5 to 9 business days, continental US ONLY, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
