- Due to many different hanging preferences, mounting hardware is not included. You can use hooks, screws, heavy duty waterproof double-sided tape, or wall magnets.
- If the sign features a QR CODE, for optimal functionality, it’s important to ensure a strong contrast between the sign color and the background. To achieve this, we recommend selecting the black sign for light-colored backgrounds and the white sign for darker backgrounds, enhancing the visibility of the QR code. The size of the sign directly affects its scanning distance.

DESIGN PROCESS:
- We want to be 101% sure that you’ll love your personalized sign and that it looks exactly how you imagine it. Once we receive your order, we will draw a preview design of your sign and email it to you for your approval prior to commencing with production.
- Please reply back within 24 hours if you approve the design. If we don’t hear back within 24 hours after the email is sent, we’ll assume you like it and proceed with the order. Once the order has been sent to production, we cannot make any other changes.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
- Production and Shipping: 5 to 9 business days, continental US ONLY, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
- Delivery: 2-5 business days after your order has been shipped. During the holiday season, there may be unforeseen delays that are out of our control.
